This type of feed could not only improve\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">the animal health but could also provide a locally produced high-quality protein source. This\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">decreases the dependency of protein imported from overseas, such as soybean. The protein\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">is separated from green juice by acidification, which is done by fermenting the juice with\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">lactic acid bacteria. During the fermentation, the produced lactic acid decreases the pH of\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">the green juice, which makes protein insoluble in water and allows it to coagulate.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">Therefore, the protein-enriched concentrate can be easily separated, for example by\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">centrifugation. As the produced cell mass is also present in the concentrate, it is desired to\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">perform the fermentation using probiotic\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">Lactobacillus<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun  BCX8 SCXP33694885\">\u00a0strain.
